Add the "Force Refresh" to the episode right-click context menu.

Add the "Force Refresh" to the episode right-click context menu in scan results. Not a good workflow to scan in Scan area, navigate away from inaccurate scan results, go to the TV Show area, find show in question, right-clicking it to force refresh, and then go back to Scan area again to run the second scan for updated results.
