Movie/Episode "watched" flag

Add for each episode/movie a flag which can be manually set and which indicates whether you have already watched it or not. Could for example be on the summary page next to Status: On disk. Allow colorization by this status (same as e.g. show ended,...) and/or show how many episodes in a show you have already seen (5/8) in the show list.
