Add "Ignore Episode" to Right Click Option Menu on Schedule Page & to Edit Show Dialogues

On the Scheduled Page currently the right click menu (on a particular "show") has the options to "IGNORE SEASSION X" -- it would be great to have an additional option just to Ignore the specific episode concerned - also add this option to the Edit Show Dialogue too.
The rational behind this is that sometimes Episode have already been watched elsewhere and hence do not need to be shown as "missing" in schedule.
