Add a "notes" tab

A simple section to add notes about shows, for example, I have a video that is in japanese, and I need subtitles but I haven't gotten around to finding them yet. A notation in the app would allow me to keep track off this, just a simple note taking section or a more developed thing that allows you to attach a show to the note.
